That used to work, but no longer does. I had not used this web conferencing tool for a while - probably a couple of months. I had to use it last Monday, and I could not get it to work at all. On Firefox it downloads the jnlp file, then opens it. And the jnlp file is actually opened by xcode instead of being run by java web start. The only way I can open the jnlp's is via the command line terminal by explicitly calling the javaws command on the downloaded file.
